Recently I heard this song by Lee Marvin called < Wandering Star >. It was used in one of advertisement I watched few time but never notice due to its quite rather long intro. But finally this time I waited till the voice appeared ,although in the Ad it only lasted few second but that's more then enough to make me jump out of my chair and Shazam it with my phone.
Then I find out that apparently Lee Marvin was not only a professional actor but also made an album once. His delivery of this song was really special it made me instantly want to draw something. I included the track and lyric below.
I was born under a wandrin' star
I was born under a wandrin' star
Wheels are made for rolling, mules are made to pack
I've never seen a sight that didn't look better looking back
I was born under a wandrin' star
Life can make you prisoner and the plains can bake you dry
Snow can burn your eyes, but only people make you cry
Home is made for coming from, for dreams of going to
Which with any luck will never come true
I was born under a wandrin' star
I was born under a wandrin' star
Do I know where hell is, hell is in hello
Heaven is goodbye forever, its time for me to go
I was born under a wandrin' star
A wandrin' wandrin' star
(Life can make you prisoner and the plains can bake you dry)
(Snow can burn your eyes, but only people make you cry)
(Home is made for coming from, for dreams of going to)
(Which with any luck will never come true)
(I was born under a wandrin' star)
(I was born under a wandrin' star)
When I get to heaven, tie me to a tree
For I'll begin to roam and soon you'll know where I will be
I was born under a wandrin' star
A wandrin' wandrin' star
